How much does Aeqium cost?

Aeqium starts at $15,000 per year for organizations up to 300 employees. Above 300, pricing depends on a number of factors including contract length and the number of employees included in your comp cycles. Implementation and support are included at no additional cost. Enterprise pricing is available on request.

How pricing works

Aeqium is a single annual subscription. For organizations up to 300 employees, it starts at $15,000 per year.

Above 300 employees, pricing depends on a number of factors, including the length of the contract and the number of employees included in your comp cycles. Enterprise pricing is available on request.

There is no per-module pricing and no per-seat licensing. Admins, comp partners, managers and employees are all covered by the same subscription, however many of them there are.

How employee count is calculated

Your contract is sized to the largest number of employees included in any cycle you run during the contract term, rather than to your total headcount or an average across cycles.

For example, a company that runs a bonus cycle covering 500 employees and, later in the same term, a merit cycle covering 1,000 employees is contracted at 1,000 employees.

If you are not certain which populations will be in scope, it is worth walking through your cycle calendar before you sign.

What is included at no additional cost

Implementation. Onboarding, data import and integration setup are included. There is no implementation, configuration or professional services fee.

Support. A dedicated customer success contact, Slack and email support, and scheduled check-in calls are included for the life of the subscription, not only through your first cycle.

Platform updates. New features and improvements are included as they ship. You are not charged separately when new capabilities become available.

What is licensed separately

Market survey data comes from your own provider: Radford, Mercer, WTW or another source, under your agreement with them. Aeqium imports that data rather than reselling it, so no benchmark data cost sits inside the Aeqium subscription.

Pricing published elsewhere

Some third-party software directories list estimated pricing for Aeqium, including implementation, data import, integration and training fees. Those figures are generated from category benchmarks and are not supplied by Aeqium. There is no implementation fee, and integration setup is included in the subscription.
