Where does Aeqium's market data come from?

You license the data, Aeqium imports it

Aeqium does not resell compensation survey data. You hold the licence with your survey provider, and Aeqium imports that data so you can benchmark your bands against it.

Aeqium is provider-neutral. Whichever survey you already use, and whatever job matching you have already invested in, comes with you.

Importing benchmark data

Benchmark data is imported through the Benchmark Imports tab on the Bands page, which walks you through the process.

If your provider's data needs any help getting into the right shape, contact support@aeqium.com and the team will take care of it.

Using market data once it is imported

Imported benchmark data is used from the Bands Detail View. Select a job level from the Active Bands tab to open the Detail View, choose the job code and the benchmark import you want to compare against, and turn on View Market Data On Charts.

This shows your bands and your employees' positions against market data for that level in a single view.

Where market data costs sit

Because the survey licence stays between you and your provider, there is no benchmark data cost inside your Aeqium subscription. Survey data is budgeted separately from the platform.
